Welcome, I’m Kiri and have taught yoga in & around Tunbridge Wells for seven years. I am also a qualified nutrition coach and work with clients to support them with dietary changes due to various health concerns.
Through both the magic of yoga and the science of nutrition, I offer a holistic and functional approach to wellbeing. My intention is to guide and empower individuals so they can nourish their bodies and minds with both movement and wholesome foods.
